Major Speaker Announcement
Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair is confirmed to speak at the 2009 North American Biennial. The Union is honored to welcome The Rt. Honourable Mr. Blair to speak to the Reform movement's Biennial attendees.
Biennial Early Bird and Full Registration Rates to Stay at 2007 Prices
The Union wants to ensure that Biennial participation is manageable for as many delegates as possible. The early bird registration rate will remain at $540 per person until September 30th and full registration after the deadline will cost $580. All registration prices are quoted in US dollars.
